Primary Duties

• MUST be able to troubleshoot customer LAN/WAN issues quickly
• Perform network documentation
• DNS, firewall, active directory configurations
• Group policy expertise

Position Requirements :

• 3-4 years experience in Microsoft, Citrix, Exchange and SharePoint environments
• MCSE 2000 required
• Citrix certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized, flexible, goal oriented, results driven
• Highly motivated and a self starter
• Outstanding follow-up and customer service skills
• Excel in project management
